Maximum Leveraging
We offer financing for 100% of the purchase price and many times can offer additional construction distributions to cover the cost of project renovations.
Due Dilligence
Our borrowers work directly with the decision maker. Platinum Lending Group maintains full control of the money and decisions. We strive to save borrowers the expense and time of working with a broker or bank. We always provide an initial loan term sheet outlining upon loan approval. We will NEVER change our loan terms once the borrower has committed.
Fair Pricing
At Platinum Lending Group we believe in transparency. We provide upfront and straightforward pricing.
Continued Care
We work hard to provide loans tailored in a way that help our investors exceed their goals, however, our commitment to investors does not end there. We are here to help through the entire process with advice and contacts. We will not tell you how to operate your business but be a resource to you when needed.
