I have been incredibly impressed by the professionalism of the Platinum Lending Group team.  When I was introduced to Tyrone Roque, I was two days away from closing on an investment flip property, when my lender failed to communicate and did not execute funds.  The repeated frustration of working with private lenders who are either corrupt or unable to perform timely has been my greatest headache in this business.  However, those days are over.  I fortunately and quite miraculously connected with Tyrone and he was able to fund and close that same deal on time!  He received my application and within 24 hours we had a successful close.  Platinum Lending Group also funded a second property for me the following day.  Wow! Tyrone has been a great help, with funds on time and wise business advice.  I deeply feel as though he truly supports our company and wants us to succeed.  Maralisa who handles title work, application for finance, additional rehab funds and assistance with payments has been extremely helpful, courteous, timely and responsive.  There isn't a lending company in the extended Denver Metro area, or for that matter the entire country, that can meet or exceed the great experience I have had and will continue, with loyalty, to have with Platinum Lending Group.  I want to shout with Joy!
